General Refund Terms
As a service-based business, DGVR Infotech invests time and resources into delivering custom solutions for each client. Therefore, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions, as outlined below. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service and the stage of the project. Generally refund process takes 7 to 14 days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Project Not Started: If you request a cancellation before any work has commenced on your project, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees that may apply.
Project in Progress: If a project is in progress, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis for the portion of work not yet completed. Please note that any work already completed will be billed according to the agreed-upon rates, and a partial refund may be granted for the remaining balance.
Missed Milestones: If DGVR Infotech fails to meet critical project milestones or agreed deadlines, a partial refund may be considered, provided there are no extenuating circumstances, and no significant delays are caused by the client’s actions (such as delayed approvals or changes in project scope).
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Completed Services: Once a service has been fully delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes web development projects, digital marketing campaigns, and any other service where the agreed deliverables have been completed and approved by the client.
Consultation Fees: Consultation services provided by DGVR Infotech are non-refundable, as they involve immediate expertise and time investment.
Changes in Scope: If the project scope changes significantly after it has begun, any additional costs incurred due to these changes are non-refundable. A new agreement will need to be created for the revised scope.
Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Review Process: Our team will review your request and assess the project status, deliverables, and any extenuating circumstances. We may reach out for additional information if needed.
Refund Decision: Once the review is complete, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, depending on the payment method used.
